I give thanks to my spiritual mentors, brothers and sisters on the path… Mom and Dad, my sister Christie, The Nun that grabbed me by the ear in 1st grade, Dusty Hunter, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Charles Lutes, Paramhansa Yogananda, Ramakrishna, Bhaktivedanta Prabupada, Muktananda, Mark and Elizabeth Clare Prophet, Swami Kriyananda, John Grobe, Saint Germain, Jesus, Mother Mary, Kwan Yin, Carolyn and Monroe Shearer, Leslie Temple-Thurston, Agape Community and Michael Bernard Beckwith, Adyashanti, David Deida and Ken Wilber. Also to my dear heart friend of the ages... David Christopher Lewis of “The Hearts Center”, who has held open the portal to the Masters Presence as Community in Love and Forgiveness and the appreciation of Individual Expression.

In the interests of serving the light I have been inspired to write poetry-prayers, sometime called decrees. I have included them here in and along with transfigured poetry prayers from Carolyn and Monroe Shearer and words from Saint Germain’s Green Books. I find that my renditions fit nicely with them, as I have imbibed many of the same cadences and flows of realization released at their hands… they have become part of me as I have realized myself as All of Them... having been faithful to these devotions since 1988 in my daily practice.

I am making my “Source Code for Samadhi” available as a Downloadable Microsoft Word File.

Anyone with Microsoft Word will be able to add or modify this text to suit there own personal predilection to the Light. In my own experience this process of updating my insights in poem and prayer has been astounding effective in shifting my awareness into higher dimensions of expression. I encourage all to visit the sources from which I gain my inspiration outlined above directly... to see how I have interpreted their work, and made it my own. How you can make it your own, as you must.

What you find here is a set of Equations of Light or Slices of Samadhi put to words. They are based on the ancient dictum of realization Neti Neti Ta Twam Asi… “Not this-not this…. I am THAT! By These Concepts do we shift our identity from the heavy mortal overcoat of the human ego, to that ever-new Void of Divinity that Shines Radiantly in Eternity… and in our Hearts here and now!

By attuning with them you may find a doorway to a New Paradigm of Realization, Thought and Expression. These are simply aids and not the New Paradigm itself. You are It. When you walk through The Door, these words become a very paltry expression compared to your Eternally Manifesting Identity! So go, walk, enter and create your own Unique World of Truth… that is, was and always will be in Perfect Harmony with everyone else’s Individual World of Truth.

Tong Lin Meditation

A few weeks ago my good friend Ken McNeel asked me to record a meditation for him.

I had been working recently with the idea of Tong Lin or the breathing in of pain and suffering and breathing out of Compassion and Healing.

Love today’s (and the ancient inward) technology! I was able to recored it digitally on my computer and burn him a CD and send it off in just a few minutes. The file was saved in iTunes as a matter of course.

A few weeks later, in preparation for our Tuesday night Meditation gathering I was looking through iTunes for a piece of music and unexpectedly found the Tong Lin file again. Clicking on it, it was perfect for that night’s meditation.

Now technology has made possible it’s sharing with many in the stillness of their own homes.

May you enjoy the background music and the guided meditation... and may we heal our friends, our enemies, our relatives, our neighbors, our situations of lack, our world... for THEY ARE US!
